I signed up for trail and not seeing charts for BTCUSDT perp or ES. I can only see charts for currency pairs. What do I need to do to see the charts for these two?

Do this for one of the charts you have an issue with: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".
