Dear sir/madam, I'm trying to activate package 5 Base Advanced 6 months but when I press the button update/set I'm getting the question " do you wish to continue" . If I select yes we start all over again. Can you help me? Kind regards |

We do not know why you would have been having the issue, as you should have been able to select Package 5 as the package you wanted to renew to when your trial was over. Regardless, we have taken care of this for you. But, you still need to have the funds in your account prior to the renewal date of January 1, 2023. If you do not have the funds in your account before then, then your account will go into an expired state until you add the funds and select the package.
