Hi, When I attempt to delete and download intraday data for the RTY and NQ futures contracts, I'm not getting fresh data for the 12/2022 contracts. I tried manually deleting all the 12/2022 contracts from the data folder in hopes they'd reappear after delete/download but the .scid files aren't reappearing. Any ideas? I should add this is only happening on the sierra chart version on my laptop. I'm working on it for the first time in a few months so I'm not sure how long this issue has persisted. |

Are the symbols for which you are having this issue set to be "Continuous Contract" symbols? If not, then you would only be deleting and redownloading the actual symbol that is setup for these futures, which would be the March (H) contract.

Hi John, thanks for the prompt response. Yeah, they're all set to continuous contract.

It looks like you are getting your data from CTS. We really can not help with their data as we no longer offer specific support for the CTS data. We really recommend using our Denali Exchange Data Feed rather than the CTS data.
