Trading: Profit/Loss Text- Chart study is not working properly.

Hello,

I have a problem with the "Trading: Profit/Loss Text" chart study. It is not showing "Current Trade Time Duration." It shows the time with SIM trades but not the actual trade. It has been working properly until last week.

By the way, I am a service level 12 with a Denali data feed subscriber.

Any help will be appreciated.

We are not seeing any issue with the Time Duration. Obviously, the main thing is to ensure that the Input for Show Current Trade Time Duration is set to Yes.

We also checked the code to make sure there were no special situations in which this would not show, and the only check is that you are not flat and have an open position.

If you are still having an issue with this then let us know and we will determine what to do next.

Dear John,

Yes, I have set it to YES and I am not flat, I mean, I have an open position.
But I am still having the same issue.

By the way, one of my friends also has the same problem. I asked her and she told me that she has had the same problem since the last week like me.

What we really need you do to is the next time your are flat (no open positions) then make sure the study is not showing the timing. Then when you open your next position, see if it is showing the timing or not. Let us know.

Dear John,
Here is my last report:
1. I see open Trade duration at the SIM tradings.
2. The system does not show open Trade Duration at the actual account trading.

Easiest thing would be to set the Order Fills Start Date-Time setting in the chart to the date and time immediately before the first fill which is the start of the current Position.:
