You need to have at least $3.50 in your account prior to December 31, 2022.

The exchange fees are due on the first day of each month. The exchange fees are separate from your Sierra Chart Package fee and there is not an option to purchase multiple months up front like there is for the package. Therefore, you need to ensure that you have enough funds in your account prior to the first day of each month to cover the cost of the exchange fees.

If you like, you can add enough funds to cover the same time period as you Package. For example, you have purchased 6 months of Sierra Chart and you have an exchange fee of $3.50. Therefore, if you have $21.00 in your Services Surplus, then this would be enough to cover the next 6 months of exchange fees (6 * $3.50 = $21.00).
