Hi. I have an issue with my trading DOm. In the bid and ask size/ buy and sell columns it displays me only the number 1 not the actual bids and sells

darian marinov: For one thing, you were on a standard Trial, which is limited in its capabilities. We have activated the trial for your account, so you now have the full capabilities of the system during the trial. Second, it depends on what data you are looking at with regards to the Market Depth data. We do not have Market Depth for FOREX and CFD data. It is available with the CME Group, EUREX, CFE, and NASDAQ TotalView exchanges. So if you open a symbol that is traded on one of these exchanges, you will see the Market Depth data. Keep in mind you are viewing Delayed Streaming Data with these exchanges. Real-time data requires that you pay for it. Hello again I just paid my basic package and my footprint just got invisible. Now when I try to set it up again from studies it doesnt allow me. Can you tel me why and how I can set up my footprint chart again. Thank you

darian marinov: You are on Package 3. You need to be on one of the "Advanced" packages (such as Package 5) in order to have access to the Numbers Bars study. I dont know how to open a new tread. But can I ask if it is poossible to refuse the package 3 that I both or to add money to buy the package 5 that is more advanced and to can use numbers bars

You can change your package at any time. When you do so, we adjust the remaining Usage Time based on the difference in the package pricing. So if you change to a more expensive package, your remaining Usage Time will down and vice versa.
