I open new chartbook and open new intraday chart F.US.HSIF23. but the error "Symbol Error - F.US.MHIF23 is unknown, unavailable, or improperl" is shown. The chart is unable to automatic update My data service is CQG. The CQG account is ok. I open F.US.EPH23 is ok . Auto update is ok. What is problem of my setup ? Thanks. I see there is no more "Symbol Error - F.US.HSIF23 is unknown, unavailable, or improperly formatted. Exchange not authorized". It looks the problem fixed. I will see the coming market opening whether the real time date can be updated in the chart
