ETHUSDT_PERP_BINANCE no real time data

Hi, I use Denali feed and successfully loaded ETHUSDT_PERP_BINANCE. However, it has static data up to date, and then no real time data after that. If I select the menu Delete and Download Data, it does has new data come in, but still, no real time update. I switched to BNBUSDT_PERP_BINANCE. It has real time data. So the question is how can I "reset" ETHUSDT_PERP_BINANCE to have real time data? |

We are not seeing an issue with this particular symbol at the moment. If there was an issue, it appears to have been resolved. Let us know if you are still having an issue.

Hi, thanks for very quick response. That's very impressive. From the time I posted the question, ETH has been acted up on me. I have it stuck with a freezing chart book whenever I open that file. I opened a new blank chart book and ETH works just fine. I wonder what could be the cause of the freezing from the other chart book. What I have in the other chart book is - 3 weeks of weekly TPO chart - 10 day of daily TPO chart - Footprint chart with imbalance + delta - 5 minute candle chart This setup works fine for BNBUSDT_PERP_BINANCE and ES. Tick and price increase for ETH is set to 0.1 and 0.1 Date Time Of Last Edit: 2022-12-24 03:02:31

This freezing behavior still happens even when I the application is in Disconnected mode. I'm fine with sending you guys the .CHT file if needed.

I got this sorted out by copying from a back up chart book and worked all the way up for ETH
