Hello everyone, First and foremost I wanna thank the SIERRA CHARTS team for creating the best charting software in the market; everyday I learn something new and it never ceases to impress me. I'm currently on Service package 12 with Denali feed and I would like to trade directly from the platform. I've read the documentation (Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing) but I have a few questions I was hoping someone would help me clarify. I've decided I want to try Stage 5 as the broker to connect to. So my questions are: 1.) According to the documentation above I must first contact Stage 5 and create and account and mention that I would like to use Teton routing service. After doing so, would my data now come from Stage 5 or will I have to keep paying for my DENALI live data? 2.) Same question but for my service package from Sierra; does anything change in terms of costs for the sierra software when I sign up for Stage 5? 3.) Does anyone have any experience they could share in terms of the process to integrate, latency and order fill speed? 4.) I've contacted stage 5 about some concerns but I haven't heard back; does anyone have any personal contact data I could have? I want to get this done as soon as possible. Thank you, Matteo |

1. Your data will come from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, so you will need to continue to pay for the data. 2. Nothing changes in terms of costs when using Sierra Chart with our Teton Order Routing Service. 3. We leave this to others. 4. We leave this to others.
