Therefore, any trading activity you perform from the TransAct software should be logged. And also Sierra Chart Trading activity will be logged. If it did get logged into the trade activity log I wouldn't be writing you. I had over 40 trades today for a profit of $2,900 and not one trade got logged. I can't seem to get the Edit Attached Files button to respond otherwise I would send you a .jpg of the empty Trade Activity Log.

The limited version of the trade activity shows up in the TransAct log, but nothing shows up in the Sierra Chart Trade Activity Log.

If the orders are not entered from Sierra Chart, then we cannot help with this. We have no ability to control whether or not Sierra Chart will receive order data from the server for orders entered outside of Sierra Chart. Some of the orders were entered on your charts and some on the Infinity AT DOM. Transact said talk to you because they were only responsible for their platform which works and not for what shows up in your charts. Do the charts have a separate DOM from the AT platform? |

Trade Orders & Positions populates, but the Trade Activity Log zilch nada. Is that because it is on a demo setup?

So sorry, didn't realize the blank box in the center had a drop down for each of the contracts I'm trading. Works just fine when I put in All Symbols or the contract. Wonder why it showed blank when I started it up?? Oh well, it works now . . . THANKS.
