current bid ask volume columns not showing anything

It's completely blank and I'm not sure why. Text color is white so it's not the same color as the background. I have volume bars set to show in the customize DOM columns window. Not sure what else to check.

Please give us a screenshot of what you are seeing. And also let us know the exact symbol you are using for the chart.

The CBV and CAV columns are always empty. Looking at ES but have it set to trade on MES. Also there is that white dotted horizontal line that I don't know what that is, I guess I must have changed something some time ago but it's there and I don't know what it is and have been trying to figure that out too. I've looked through graphics settings for entries with dotted lines selected but none of them are match whatever this is. |

Set the option for Chart >> Chart Settings >> Display >> Hide Volume Numbers From Current Traded Volume Columns to No.

Thank you, are you able to tell me what the thick dotted white line is going across the DOM? it looks like it just draws it there at the price of whenever i open the chartbook and just never moves. edit: looks like the line does move eventually but i don't know what it is... We did not see that line when we looked at your chartbook. Nor do we have any insight as to what it is based on the image you provided of it. You would have to go through the studies on your chart and remove or hide them one by one and see if one of them is creating that line.
