I created two right aligned volume by price studies.

First is Globex from 1800 till 9:29:59
Next one left of it is RTH hours 9:30 to 16:14:59.

It worked fine for awhile and then I noticed both were GONE. I zoomed in and out and moved charts left and right and one would come back and if I kept doing that both were visible again. Later they both went away again. I recorded a video showing this but then noticed you guys don't watch short 20 sec videos.

So I've attached a one chart chartbook with the studies, you will probably only see 1 volume profile at first move bars left and right and both will show up and then go away.

I already did video so takes me 5 secs to give dropbox link, I understand you guys are not likely to watch it unless you can't see the bug. Having both globex and rth side by side really helped my trading so don't want to waste time going back and forth the video shows exactly what I was talking about above.

The Volume by Price, by default, will not display when the bars that are associated with it are no longer in view. The way around this is to use set the Input for Always Display Last Profile Within View to Yes. Refer to the following:
Volume By Price Study: Always Display Last Profile Within View

I've spent hours looking for way to show the volume by price in SPLIT format is this even possible? I want to create a sec line chart and show the visible real time buying/selling but best I can do is split format which doesn't really let me see which side is winning.

It sounds like you are wanting to use the Numbers Bars study. Refer to the information here:
