Given that you can only see the red-highlighted Daily Change in your chart header, this means that your general text color is set to white - the same as your background.

Go to Global Settings >> Graphics Settings - Global and change the Chart Text color to something other than White, or change the Chart Background to a different color. Refer to the following:
Graphics Settings: Chart Text

In order to modify what is shown in the Chart Header - select Global Settings >> Customize Chart Header - Standard. Refer to the following information:
Working With Charts: Region Data Line / Chart Header

With regards to the Vertical and Horizontal scale - we wonder if this is related to the above. If, after you change your colors so you can see the Chart Header, and you still do not have the scales, then select Chart >> Chart Settings >> Scale and set the entries for Hide Values Scale and Hide Time Scale to No. Refer to the following:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/ChartSettings.html#top

With regards to the Numbers Bars - we hope this is also related to the text color, but if not, then one of the items to check is the Numbers Bars Input for Bid/Ask Volume Text Threshold. Refer to the following:
Numbers Bars: Bid/Ask Volume Text Threshold
