trade account window not showing on Trade Window

Hi - about a week ago during boot up the option to choose which account I trade from disappeared. I've tried to upgrade Sierra versions, have tried several times to check and uncheck the "Display Trade Account Below Trade Mode Box" but it won't work on instance 1. I run 3 instances and the other instances work fine. Please advise how to resolve. Thank you.

christostrades: As pointed out by User431178, you need to select the Trade Account list from the Trade Window (M >> Settings >> Hide Trade Account List).
