Hello,

I use CQG for the order routing service and i have denali live data feed and i cannot trade.

Just enabled my account again in AMP, after my recent funding, and i have selected Sierra Chart CQG denali (no data order routing only) for the re activation of the process.

Aawiting to hear your kind advice.

What exactly is occurring when you try to place a trade? Is there anything in the Trade >> Trade Service Log that may explain why you are having an issue?

Actually, I have a black screen on the charts, not showing me the charts or any other data, and there is a message saying that real data is only available with siera chart data. spoke with Amp several times and they claim that the problem is at your end.

i did switch to sierra chart data and it was indeed showing everything.

it is very odd and no explanation can be given. My seeting are correct.

i am trading on FUSMesh23.
