Hi John, Here's a new one, and I did try to google it but can find nothing similar. So I was dicking around with the scale settings and it went to some stupid price, so I had to scroll all the way back to the current price. And the chart is gone...I tried reloading. Tried hitting every rescale button I could find. so NO Chart and NO time frame on the bottom. What did I do??? HELP xx |

In that chart, set the scale type to "Automatic" and then reset the scales. Hi, sorry photo is blurry but you can see the chart is set to automatic. Then I followed instructions and went to chart and reset. Nothing...luckily I have a back up and will have dupe chart from backup chartbook, and then reconnect all the charts to it. But deffo followed your instructions and still no time on bottom, nor any actual chart |

The next thing to do would be to duplicate the chart so you can keep the original, then on the duplicate remove the studies. Then reset the scales after removing the studies and see if you can view the bars properly in that case.
