Data keeps on disconnecting (CTS data and older vs 2361)

This is the first time ever that I have been continually disconnected from my Sierra platform. I am wondering is it because of my use of CTS data (I am using package 11) Any help or insight would be of great help. I have not heard from CTS if its an issue with them. |

This is going to be a CTS server issue or an Internet connectivity issue. We do not provide support for CTS any longer . We advise moving to Teton order routing. What we recommend you do is have Dorman set you up on Teton order routing for CME Group: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing And CQG for EUREX.: CQG Trading Platform Service So you will have one installation of Sierra Chart using Teton order routing for CME Group. And another installation using CQG for EUREX.
