Hello, I plan on using my AMP/CQG (level 2 data) account and APEX/RITHMIC funded account on SC. Do I need to purchase the Denali data feed (or any data feed)in order to see the charts and place orders/trades? Also, I will need orderflow/market data. Do I need to purchase the service package 12 in order to be able to get footprints/DOM? |

Yes, you need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed as we do not have support for CQG data for the CME Group and EUREX. We recommend having two installations of Sierra Chart on the same computer in order to have one connected to your AMP account and the other connected to your APEX account. Refer to the instructions at the following link for how to install a second Sierra Chart: Using Multiple Data and Trading Services at the Same Time: Step-By-Step Instructions to Install Multiple Copies of Sierra Chart Additionally, with the above setup, you can get the Denali data to both installations at no additional cost. Refer to the information on connections for the Denali data at the following link: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Connections If you have not already done so, you will follow the instructions at the following link to connect to your CQG account: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions And then follow these instructions to connect the other installation to your Rithmic account: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions And finally, you will go through the following instructions to setup the CME Group data on the Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
