You have the data feed setup and everything looks good for your account setup on our end. Select File >> Find Symbol and open the section for "Futures - CME" and find the product you want and open that sub-section to see the individual contracts and select an appropriate contract. Then select the button towards the bottom for either "Open Historical Chart" or "Open Intraday Chart". You should get a chart for the data you are wanting. I am trading on the Sierra Chart DOM. I only see one line of orders above and below the current price. How do I turn on Denali to see a greater depth of orders? Thanks, -Kevin

You do not have any exchanges with the Market Depth data enabled. This is why you are not seeing the data. Looks like I have this activated, do I need to deactivate and then reactivate it? "2 Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for non-professional Trading accounts 2022-12-31 Automatically Renews. 3.5 USD / month. Billed 100% in full for each month and for the month activated in. You need to activate the exchange fee with market depth and that is $33 a month. We can do that for you but best to wait until January. What symbols do you need market depth data for. I trade the NQ, ES and YM. Minis and Micro futures. If I were to pick one, then the ES. Yes, please set me up with the ESH23 in January. Thanks for your time. -Kevin

To start with, we have set your current exchange (Full CME Group for Non-Professional Trading Accounts) to not renew on January 1, 2023. You will continue to get this data through December 31, 2022. NQ and ES are traded on the CME Exchange and YM is traded on the CBOT. If you want to get the data, including the Market Depth data for all three of these, then you would need to activate the following exchanges on January 1, 2023: - CME with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts ($11.00 per month) - CBOT with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts ($11.00 per month) You can activate these exchanges at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges -- Note that if you need data from a 3rd CME Group exchange, then it is cheapest to get the "Full CME Group with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts", as this gives you all 4 exchanges (CME, CBOT, COMEX, and NYMEX) for the cost of 3 ($33.00 per month in total).
