Hi SC, I have been trading 6E with my brother, he is in England and I am currently in Australia. The data are the same except for the figures in Footprint. For instance, last week 8th, Thursday 12:30 pm GBP time, you can clearly see the figures are different, despite the data providers being centralised. I am just wondering what is wrong with the data, and is there any way to get the same data in the Footprint? Regards, User |

There are a number of things that can affect the data. The first thing is - are you both using the same source data - are you both using our Denali Exchange Data Feed for your data? Refer to the following for more items that can affect the data and items to look into: Differences With Data and Chart Bars Between Services / Connections / Chart Types: 43.8 - Comparing Intraday Chart Bars For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Hi John, Thanks for your message. Yes, we both are using Denali Exchange Data Feed provided by Sierra Chart (paid) and have the same session open time, in this case, I am just wondering what is the reasons behind having different figures in Footprint. Regards, User |

We can't say. There are a number of possible reasons why. You would have to look into the various Chart settings such as "New Bar At Session Start" and whether the trades are being combined into the original summary trade. Not to mention the various Numbers Bars options and how it can be setup and filtered. There are too many possible places where things can be different. You would have to look through each one. Or one of you can share your chartbook with the other and see if the data looks the same that way, but it will not explain the difference (just that there is something different.
