Hi. My e-mails from Sierra Chart always end up in my SPAM folder even though I have added them to my Trusted Senders List. I finally contacted my ISP about correcting this and will paste my conversation with them below. Please let me know if this problem is solvable from your end. Thanks. ... It has been determined that the issue is on the sender's end, as the reported Transaction IDs are not blocked by our Spam system. The issue is on the sender's side: > > X-Spam-Flag: YES > X-SPAM-FACTOR: SPF > Authentication-Results: mail103c7.megamailservers.com; spf=fail smtp.mailfrom=payments@sierrachart.com > > Please be advised to check the configuration of the sender's DNS records... ...I don't understand why you say that the e-mails in question are not blocked by Sasktel's Spam system when I always find them in my Spam folder?
