Thanks for the help... l now have version 2416 installed. l followed all the instructions in the GAIN futures site, but l still cannot connect Sierra with GAIN. l get the message attached below. What am l missing? Thanks Marv |

We have changed your account from being on a Trial to being on Package 11 for the same time. We do not allow for external connectivity during a trial, which is why you were getting the message. You should be fine now, but it is best to Exit from Sierra Chart and restart to ensure your local copy picks up the change.
