I have performed the symbol rollover but the chart keeps giving me the alert that I need to symbol rollover. I'm getting data on one of my charts but the alert is still in the middle. My other chart is not receiving data.

Note that the chart contract is the default for the right side selection. Therefore, you need to specifically select the pulldown and select the next contract in the list to change over to the next contract.

I was able to get rid of the alert but the chart by following instructions from this link Remove [volume] symbol needs rollover. click to rollover text box
but my second chart is still not receiving data even after reset.

What is the symbol of the second chart? Is this in a separate instance of Sierra Chart or the same instance as the other chart you have been referring to?

The image you provided shows the data just fine. We need to see the chart that is not showing the data.

This is the one with no data. It has info on top but when I scroll to the price its not there.

You have it listed as a "TPO Profile Chart". If you have the TPO profile on, then that is the problem as you are on Package 10 which does not support the TPO study.

In order to be able to use the TPO you need to be on Package 11. Use the following instructions to change your package:
To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.

You will need to login if you are not currently logged in.

In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button.

The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price.

There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted.

When changing between Sierra Chart Service Packages, the usage time ending date on your Sierra Chart account is adjusted based upon the price differences between the package you are changing from and the package you are changing to.

When changing to a higher priced package, your usage time ending date will be brought back closer in time. When changing to a lower-priced package, your usage time ending date will be brought forward further out in time.

Hi there, everything was working fine since the 13th. I didn't change anything, no chart setting were changed. I only made a few sim trades. I shut down last night as normal and when I logged in today I am not receiving any data again. There should be no reason for this as I am up to date and changed no settings Can you please help me, I cant figure out why this would happen when was working fine yesterday.

Please give us a screenshot of what you are seeing.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.

I disconnected and reconnected. The data stops right at the market open as you'll see in the screen shot. The trading symbol is ES (e mini S&P 500)

The image of your charts looks fine. It is showing data from today at the time of about 14:30. We do not know what your Time Zone is set to, but this is much more than the Market Open.

The chart on the right is the TPO chart and it will always show the time as the start of the TPO Profile. That is normal and has not changed. But here again, you have data from the day since you have a TPO profile for today.

That was one that was set to a global time zone I believe, this one is set to new york time and at 9:30 the market opens and there is no data coming in after that. I didn't change anything on this so its confusing as to why it would just stop working today

I figured it out! I had to roll my symbol over, the only thing there was a drop down menu to do so. Thanks for the help!
