Hello Support,

As of this morning I am not able to establish a connection from my laptop when starting SC. Neither connection to Trading Evaluator nor Live Account is working (same error message).

I am in the same location where I was yesterday and yesterday everything worked fine. There is nothing has changed in my configuration. I have only one machine currently active, and this is the ONLY laptop that I am trying to connect from. Using Teton routing with Denaly.

The error message I am getting is following:

Trading Evaluator | Logon error received from server: Secondary instance is not allowing connections to this server | 2022-12-10 10:38:02.042


I am attaching an image of an error. Any suggestion?

Hello Support,

I am again facing the same issue with Trading Evaluator instance not able to connect. It was fine for one week since it happened last time, when you have fixed something on the back end.

Same problem again - Logon error received from server. Secondary instance is not allowing connection to this server.

I am connecting from one machine and running only one Trading Evaluator instance in addition to a live instance. The error message attached.

Please advise.

We apologize. There was server maintenance that could not be done at any other time.

The server was taken off-line two times this Sunday evening for about 10 minutes each time for maintenance.

We do apologize for this. It is not something that we would normally ever do but there was critical work that needed to be done. And we had not transferred trade simulation over to another server previously since the maintenance was intended to be done before the market opened but was done later.
