I have paid for the Historical/Realtime, and I think I am using Barchart, but the security data does not come up: I get the following.

Barchart: Verifying status of username. | 2014-05-28 14:00:56
Barchart: Requesting user settings from http://www.ddfplus.com for organon1973@yahoo.com | 2014-05-28 14:00:56
HTTP request #15 returned the following error: Windows error code 12007: The server name or address could not be resolved | 2014-05-28 14:00:56
Barchart: Verification of username status failed. | 2014-05-28 14:00:56

organon1973@yahoo.com is indeed my Barchart username. Help would be appreciated.

Your account has the Sierra Chart Real-time and Historical Exchange Data Feed activated. It also includes the US equities exchange.

Go to this page and click on the link that says "Agreement needs to be signed":
https://www.sierrachart.com/usercp.php?page=MarketDataFeedFeatures

Complete the exchange agreements.

Update Sierra Chart with Help >> Download Prerelease for support for US equities.

In Sierra Chart , set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service to "SC Exchange Data".

You will now be able to open US equities symbols. And get real-time data.
