Changing from trial to paid - getting rid of that delay!

Hi, I did the activate trial from the global settings menu and got my SMS code and entered it and I also have a paid package 11 thru May of 23 - so why is my data still delayed? (my current service in Main settings in current selected service is "SC - All Services [data]" |

To get real-time data, you need to pay for it. What are the exchanges for which you want the real-time data? So this is where I am confused. I am paying for the SC - All Servies (.....I think it is number 11 on the choice of the service). And I included a screen shoot that I am pre=paid until May. Shouldn't that do it?

I got it figured out....I had to add my brokerage stuff in. Now that my real account is linked, the data is no longer delayed. Man, this drove me crazy! It was all I thought about for 2 days. Thanks for your help and the link. Jim |
