Rithmic Data - No Market Depth - No historical data

I am currently trading through Apex with Rithmic. I also have the Denali data feed with CBOT. When I trade the 30 yr bond everything is normal in terms of market depth and historical data. When I switch to the ES I am only getting 1 level of market depth and no historical data. If I have the Rithmic data feed shouldn't I be getting both on all markets that they provide? What do I need to do to get the full market depth and historical data for the ES? Thank you. |

You are getting the CBOT data from us, but the ES trades on the CME exchange, which you are getting from Rithmic. As such, you would need to check with Rithmic/Apex to find out why you are not getting the Market Depth data. As to historical data, that is limited with Rithmic. The best solution is to add the CME exchange to your Denali data feed, so you get the data from us. There are multiple exchange options depending on what you need.
