Make certain that you have selected just a single account in the filtering options at the top and be sure to select the Apply button after making a selection to apply that filtering to what is displayed.

If this does not resolve your issue, then we need to see an image of what you are seeing and we would need for you to select File >> Export to export your log and then attach that file to this thread for us to review. Refer to the following for attaching files:

hello,

yes i have been filtering the settings correctly. This morning I placed trades on 3 separate account. "BSSS", "TICK", and "SIM 3". yet they all show on "sim 3"'s filter on the log.

attached is the exported log.

thanks

Your Trade Activity Log shows that all the trades are for the Sim3 account.

Do you have the Order Allocation to Trade Account setup such that orders from another account are copied to the Sim3 account?

no i do not have have order allocation set up to copy to another account. yeah I also saw that the trade activity log says that all the trades were from "sim3", when they were not. I'm not sure why it is not registering properly

If the Trade Account is specified to be "sim3" for a fill in the Trade Activity Log, then the order absolutely was submitted for that account.
