The other day, I had a computer crash and closed my position on my native app. But now sierra still thinks I had that order, so my PNL is now off, and now it hard to track where I am throughout the day. Is there any way to fix this?

Ya I tried this, but still, on the DOM, it is acting like I have an open trade. The day's first trade is always a big DPNL and doesn't show the correct DPNL. I can have an open trade that will display the correct PNL of the current trade but does not track daily correctly now.

From what you are stating - you are missing an order fill to close out a trade. Refer to the following: Trade Activity Log: Missing Order Fills from Trade Activity Log In addition - you can get around this issue by setting the Order Fills Start Date-Time to a value where you were flat to ignore the previous fills.
