Hi Sierra,

Earlier today I lost connection to your data feed. I paid/renewed my data feed subscription yesterday. Your system shows the payment as received. I am getting the following error message: "Windows error code 10061: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it." Below you may see an extract from my log. It was working fine until this morning. Nothing changed in my system. I saw your help topic 41 (http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/helpdetails41.html) and following instructions disabled my firewall, just in case - still can't connect.
