Hi, I am setting up Apex and got Rithmic trading username and password. However when setting up Data/Trade Service settings, I am not able to set up the Market Data and Historical Data credentials. Can you help share the Market Data and Historical Data credentials associated with my Sierra Chart account. I am already paying for dual connection of Denali exchange feed. Thanks, S. Those fields need to contain your Rithmic username and password. If you are using the Denali Data Feed, they can be left blank. They are not necessary. Where is the market data username / Password field gone? I have to disable denali and only user rithmic, but it does not work. Any ideas? What are the symbols for Rithmic? In the list there is only ESH5.CME rn. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2025-01-30 16:30:51

With version 2727 and higher, Sierra Chart does not support data from Rithmic. Refer to the following: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/Whats_New.php#SCVer2728 Thefore, you need to do one of the following: - Downgrade to version 2726 and use the Rithmic Data. This is a permanent change. We will not be supporting data from Rithmic going forward. We simply have had too many issues with it.
