Hey guys,
I have a small acct at Edge I play around with. I had them last week put a $100 max stop out on it. Thought all was fine until today I am trading and with a $50 loss in nq and 10 winner in es, the dom froze me out saying I had exceeded limits. Which obvs I hadn't. What is going on??? Now does this have anything to do with the fact I am now only on one computer(your accts knows that my 2 computer charge stops on 1 DEc)
I have 2 SC logins on one computer now. One is Teton for all things es and nq, and the account and Edge. I also have a separate login for 'all services' for my Bimex crypto.

Could that be an issue, I doubt it but am letting you know. Please can you get acct unfrozen? I promise I haven't lost a hundred bucks so unfreeze me, please...

If the freeze is due to something that Edge Clear has setup for your account, then you need to talk to them about it.

Are you using the Global Profit/Loss Management option within Sierra Chart? If so, then is this why you are locked? Refer to the following regarding this option?
