Im pretty sure ive done everything the thread said to do. I logged on this morning and this is all i could see when previously i had the maximum levels showing

One of the issues you are having is that you have signed up for the Non-Professional CME exchanges, which means that you need to connect to your live, funded futures trading account at the beginning of each month to qualify for the lower-priced exchange fees. You have not connected to your trading account yet this month. Refer to the following: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees But, even with this, if you are looking at the CME Group data, you should have the full Market Depth even with the Delayed Streaming Data.
