HI,

I am hard wired to 100 mbps router, yet 'delete all data and download ' takes hours, and the speed is 1.1-1.5 mbps at best.

as a result i am lucky to get all data, usually not all.

I have never had this issue before. I use DEnali and teton.
Many thanks

What symbol is currently being downloaded that is taking a long time?

HI, thanks.

.. it is MES and ES that I am using on DEnali.

I also need the historic tick data, so can't really switch to 1 min...

In regards to post #3, therefore we do not know how to help with this. If there is poor Internet connectivity between your computer and the server there is not much we can do if you want tick by tick data.

In regards to post #4 we cannot help with that either. Other than recommending using the Denali Data Feed:
Denali Exchange Data Feed

One thing you can do though as an experiment is use our Delayed Data Feed first and see how that works for you:
Delayed Exchange Data Feed

If it works much better as compared to Rithmic even though the data would be delayed, then you will know that the Denali Data Feed will work much better for you.

Just to mention - Data download slow again today on 'Delete all data and download, on DEnali feed for ES ans MES. 90 mins or more with speed of 1.6 mbps on 50 mbps link.

What download speed should i be expecting to achieve?

Many thanks,

Same as i have data delay issue with rithmic , recently, never had any delay by minutes/seconds before, until this week,, despite have a hard-wired connection always, so am perplexed by this.

I have gone through most solutions Sierra has setup in the guides for such issues to no avail. Coz the Latency am having is crazy.

Any suggestions apart from Denali. Coz my country doesn't have access to most brokers even those suggested by Sierra, so i can't get Denali even if i wanted to!

Thanks and best regards for everything Team!

With regards to posts #6 and #7, there is nothing we can do to specifically help these situations.

Post #6, if you are downloading a lot of data, particularly historical 1 tick data and there is a bottleneck somewhere on the Internet, then it is going to take time.

Post #7, if you have a live, funded, futures trading account, then you can get the Denali data feed at the non-professional rate. Refer to the information at the following link:
