On 5/21/2014 you show me going long 1 ESM4 @15:18:00 price 1886.00, then exiting the trade the next morning @08:28:17 price 1886.75. Can you explain to me where you got the information for the long on 5/21/2014. I was not even logged into my Sierra Charts at that time on that day. Could you please send me the logs for that trade. I understand that when I'm not logged into Sierra Charts and confirmed that I am connected to a live server (TransAct), that you should not have access to trade information on trades I made with TransAct direct. However you were sent information on a trade I made with them on 5/21/2014, and you were only sent half of the transaction. So you had to have gotten the information transmitted to you from them. Again I realize you were not involved but I need a copy of the information they sent to you. If you cannot provide me with this, do you have a legal department I can contact to request this information. Thank You |

All trading data goes straight from the TransAct server to your installed copy of Sierra Chart. We have no involvement in that.
