I am paying for Denali. I am a transact user which is now Ninja Trader. How can I get realtime data? |

TransAct stopped support for Sierra Chat several months ago. You were continuing to get the real-time data from our Denali data feed as your non-professional verification was valid through October 31, 2022. Since we are now passed that date, your verification is no longer valid and you are not able to get the real-time data, therefore you are getting the Delayed Streaming data instead. If you want to continue to use Sierra Chart for trading, then you will need to change brokers. We recommend a broker that supports our Teton Order Routing Service. You will find the list of brokers that support this service at Step #2 of the Setup Instructions for the Teton Order Routing Service here: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing: Setup Instructions If you want to use Sierra Chart just for charting, then you will still need to have a trading account you can use to verify your non-professional status for the CME Group. I seem to have current data for the ES and NQ but not the YM? I don't want Denali on the YM. Just the basic for that market. I have Denali for the ES and NQ and want to keep that for them. Thanks for your time and help! -Kevin |

Ok, so you have what you want Kevin? You don't want YM and you don't have it (YM is a CBOT instrument, unlike the others)

The 'CBOT non-professional top-of-book' exchange has been internally activated, and will be renewed. This change will go in effect in approximately 3 minutes. If it does not, then restart Sierra Chart after that time. Activating CBOT non-professional top-of-book. You must have a funded futures Trading account with one of the supported Trading Services and Sierra Chart must be connected to that account, to be able to use this exchange. Do *not* activate this exchange unless you have a funded futures trading account with one of the supported Trading Services because otherwise you will not receive real-time data with this particular exchange and Sierra Chart support will not be able to issue a refund. You will be charged 1.25 USD for the real-time data from the CBOT non-professional top-of-book exchange from this moment until July 31. You will be charged the 1.25 USD next month on August 1 unless you deactivate the exchange. |
