This would mean the selected account is not a valid BitMex account among the ones received. If any of them were received.

We do not remember anyone else reporting this issue. Another thing to be aware of is we are not providing support for BitMex trading any longer. You can still use Sierra Chart for charting BitMex and other cryptocurrency symbols. If you would like a refund just let us know.
