Can't Access Custom Studies

I run SC on a desktop and when not using my desktop, I also run SC on a laptop.

On the desktop, I no longer have access to custom studies, i.e. after the study window is opened, clicking on the “add custom study” button opens the study window, where a “+” is displayed next to the SC custom studies, which upon clicking displays all of the available SC studies. The other custom study groups are listed below the SC study group – but without a “+” sign and hence nothing to click to display the available custom studies under each of the other study group listings.

When desktop is off, and SC is accessed through my laptop – I have access to all the other study groups – with “+” signs displayed next to each group of custom studies, which can be clicked to list all of the available studies. Hence not an issue accessing the custom studies on the laptop.

I updated SC to ver 2448 on both the desktop & laptop.

Custom studies are still not available on the desktop – and laptop is OK and displays all custom studies.

How do I resolve the issue with SC on my desktop so that the available custom studies can be displayed and accessed?

Make sure that you are not logging into the desktop with Safe Mode enabled. Refer to the following:
