using sierra on windows and mac at the same time

Hi, ive been using sierra chart on a mac and im not liking having to use parralells software to run sierra, so i purchased a windows Laptop,downloaded and installed sierra chart,opened up a custom chartbook and it seems to be frozen, i can see with the same chartbook on my mac that the market is moving as normal, so my question is am i able to use my windows laptop at the same time as using mac to trade, i like having the extra screens avaialbe... is this possible ? is there some sought of setting change i need to make? |

The Sierra Chart software itself allows for up to 3 computers to run the software at the same time without any extra fees. The issue, as you are finding, is that the exchanges have a different set of rules. For any of the exchanges on the Denali Exchange Data Feed, you would have to pay a second exchange fee to get the data to both computers at the same time.
