I am currently signed up for package 11 and I have signed all the necessary agreements to get LIVE data. I have a master computer that shows me LIVE data off the futures I trade. However, on my second device (a laptop) the data is not updating. I'm currently logged into both Sierra Charts and my master computer is fine. If I disconnect to the Data Feed and then reconnect the data updates but as soon as it's finished connecting. It doesn't continually update. What can I do to fix this? I've also tampered with the settings and had the sessions correctly put. |

We see that you have both the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and the Denali Exchange Data Feed active. Each of these has specific rules with regards to the data to multiple computers. The Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed does NOT allow for the data to be sent to two computers at the same time. Your only option in terms of a way to do this, would be to have a second Sierra Chart account that you use on the second computer to get this data to both systems at the same time. The Denali Exchange Data Feed does allow for the data to go to two computers simultaneously, but you have to pay a second exchange fee to do this.
