Hello, I have asked my broker for a 2nd CQG login, routing only, not data feed, because I have Denali already, which is better. I have checked previously that my account in SierraChart allows up to 3 devices. Normally I only use one. Now I want to connect my laptop aswell, at the same time. Just occasionally. Connects fine, to the very same broker account, however I don't seem to get data in real time. Checking the logs I saw this: " SC Data - All Services | Logon error received from server: Connection limit exceeded. | MaxConnectionsDifferentDevices = 1, NumCurrentConnectionsDifferentDevices = 2 | 2022-10-28 16:21:22.051 " Is this fixable? How? Thank you |

BTW, it was my understanding that I was connecting throught "CQG WebAPI". Do I need "SC Data - All Services" aswell? I'm only interested in trading the ES Future with the laptop. Thank you |

"SC Data - All Services" is just the name for our data in the log, so it is correct since you are getting the data from our Denali feed. You are allowed Sierra Chart on up to 3 systems, but the exchanges work differently (we wished they didn't, but they do). You can only get the data to two different computers at the same time if you pay the exchange fee a second time.
