Our servers are showing that your Current Selected Service is set to SC Data - All Services.

In order to connect to your CQG account, you would need to follow these instructions:
CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions

Also, in order to connect to an external trading service you need to be on one of our Integrated Packages (package 10, 11, and 12). We have setup your account to have a 30 day evaluation of Package 12, so you do not need to change your package immediately, but you will need to do so before the 30 days is over. Keep in mind, this is an evaluation, not a trial, therefore you need to keep your base package valid to have access to Package 12.

You will also need to use or Denali Exchange Data Feed for your data, as we do not have support for CQG data from the CME Group and EUREX. Refer to the Setup Instructions for the CME Group data at the following link:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*

Hello,

When I connect to CQG it changes the symbol to fUS GC which is not a contract that is offered by you guys, I have activated the denali and comex data package, I would only like to create orders using the mGC contract and push it to CQG which also offers CME/Comex contracts

You need to use the symbols that are appropriate for CQG. If you are wanting the Micro Gold futures from the COMEX exchange, then CQG symbol is F.US.MGC?**. Where ? is the contract month and ** is the 2 digit year. So the December contract would be F.US.MGCZ22.

We do not know what exactly might have occurred when you changed the services, but just make sure you have the correct symbols in place. If your symbols just need to be changed from your previous service to the CQG symbols, then select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service.
