I have two questions. 1) I am receiving real time CME data. I am receiving ES, NQ, 6B, without a problem. I see the following symbols in the same drop down selection for CME / NYMEX symbols BBZ22 (NYMEX) and FT1Z22 (CME) but I am not receiving any data - why? See attached. 2) I am going to be away from the charts for a week. I usually summarise certain data for various symbols at the end of each day from a daily chart. In other software such as Trade Station I can have the data shown in a spreadsheet from which I can easily get the data i want. I can just highlight the chart window and then the data is shown in a spreadsheet window. How do I do this in Sierra Charts? Thank you. |

1. These two instruments are rarely traded. Refer to the following pages from the CME Group showing 0 volumes: https://www.cmegroup.com/markets/equities/international-indices/e-mini-ftse-100-index.quotes.html https://www.cmegroup.com/markets/energy/crude-oil/brent-crude-oil.quotes.html 2. To get the data into a spreadsheet in Sierra Chart you would use the Spreadsheet Study. Refer to the following: Using the Spreadsheet Study For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
