charts not loading

Hi, I've logged in this morning and my charts now look like the attachment and I have no idea why. tried deleting and redownloading the data. Updated sierra chart etc but still nothing no market profile either |

Are you using Rithmic? This would explain the problem. Additionally this information applies to both historical and real-time data from the Denali Data Feed when using Rithmic: The reason you are not getting real-time data from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the Non-Professional exchange fees, but you have not verified in the last month that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees. Are you using Rithmic? You definitely will have problems with Rithmic historical data. And we cannot help with those!
