does sierra chart still work?

Last week there was no historical data, no one knew the problem and last Thursday it was back to normal. this week there was no historical data again, and now nothing works, if I update the chart it erases everything on it. I know that sierra chart is perfect and it's probably someone else's mistake, but does anyone know something I can do or just not use this platform anymore? |

Yes Sierra Chart is working fine. You should be asking whether Rithmic is working properly and there are issues with Rithmic recently. There are no problems at all with Sierra Chart. The issues you are having are with Rithmic.
