Slow data lags and updates only every 3-5 sec

Hello I have all my charts going slow with data updates every 3-5 sec. Also it freezes the screen every time I want to open any new windows. If I want to move a chart it lags behind by 3-5 sec. The problem started right after I try to use user contributed studies. At first it froze all my screens and then it took awhile to reset all my charts to initial state. What I did after it happened - -I deleted the chart that I used for user contributed studies and restarted the platform and my computer. It did not help. -I updated chart update interval in milliseconds to 2000, it did not help -I tried to create a new chartbook and on a first chart I created there was same problem again so I stopped creating a new chartbook. -I updated my platform to a new version 2448, it did not help -I tried to search your board for any solutions but did not find anything related to my issue. The problem started right after I used user contributed study, there was few indicators that I wanted to try. Also I would like to note that I am using user contributed studies for a while such as ECIvwap Bracket and ECIvwapAnchor and I never had such a problem before. I do not use any other custom studies, only sierra chart studies. Thank you in advance for your help. |
