New Instance not working

For some reason my new instance does not work anymore. The Dom's don't have any depth or market the charts end on 10/21 today is 10/25. I went to chart settings - Data Limiting and the date range in file to field is 2022-10-21 but I cannot change it. All the charts in my main instance have this field set to today's date 2022-10-25. How do I fix this?

Is this separate installation or did you start it with File >> New Instance?
