data missing for a specific time frame

So I went to edit -> Edit/Download Data - Intraday Chart - I assume what I could do is here is choose a date redownload data from that date. I chose a date and hit the Delete and Download Data from Current Position to End. I confirmed when the alert box came out. Now I have no download from the data I chose until today which of course affects a lot of indicators especially DVA.

I went through the thread that said go create a new chart and then delete the contracts but when I reconnect there is no change.

How can I get the data back for that time frame. I am missing 3 months, from July to today. Yes, Ive tried edit -> delete all data

This is a problem with the Rithmic data. Refer to the following:
