Problem with Zenfire connection

Hello, I have a problem with Zenfire connection.
SierraChart version 968. Zenfire account is real.
There is no firewalls and anti-virus on my computer.

Here is the message log:

This is the relevant error message:

Zen-Fire Alert Message: Market Data Connection Login Failed. permission denied

Please select Global Settings>> Data/Trade Service Settings. Verify you have entered the correct Username and Password.

If they are correct, please ask your broker about this.

Username and Password are correct. I already verify it.
I tried to run sierra with this account on another computer and connection was good.

We will contact Rithmic about this. We do not know what the cause is. We do not control the connections.

On the computer where you received the "permission denied" error, are you still noticing a problem?
