Hi I'm having a weird issue changing the time period from the keyboard. Every time I'm on an intraday chart and I press "1d" + ENTER to go on the daily historical chart, it instead changes to 1 minute chart. I'm not really understanding what's the problem and not finding anything about it in the documentation or on the support board, how can I solve this? Thank you |

We just checked to make sure this is working properly and we are able to change bar periods using the keyboard without any trouble. In particular typing 1 d Enter changes to a daily chart and 1 m Enter changes back to a 1 minute chart. Please try again, and ensure you use the Enter key after typing in the period you want. Also, try selecting the Escape key just before you try again to ensure the buffer is clear. The documentation for this feature is here: Changing Chart Bars Period: Fast Changing by Keyboard For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

I've just tried again and is not working. I've tried even on a second instance and there it works, but on the main one it just keeps changing on 1 minute whenever I type "1d" + ENTER with any chart.. like if there is some messed up setting. Is there some setting to control that?

Ok I've figured it out. I had a shortcut set on the "d" key. I've removed it and now is working. Thank you anyway for the support and sorry for bothering you
